Product Announcement: HO Walthers Track Expandable Track Sections
Coming for the Walthers Track series is an expandable track section offering the ability to easily connect modules together or aid you in troubling track areas that present gap challenges. Walthers’ expandable track is a hobby standard 9-inch piece of section track, the piece can be compressed to 8-7/8 inches and out to 9-3/8 inches. The center features tight-fitting joiners to maintain positive electrical flow and ensure smooth operation. The track section includes standard-design cutouts at both ends for rail joiners, nickel silver rail that is custom formulated for electrical conductivity, and molded-plastic dark brown ties with wood-grain detail. Walthers Track expandable track will be available in Code 83 (830091) and Code 100 (948-10091) versions; both retail for $14.98 each. Delivery is estimated for winter 2024.
