What’s in the Box: N Bachmann Light Mountain Steam Locomotive
A recent arrival from Bachmann Trains provides a new production of N-scale 4-8-2 Light Mountain Steam Locomotives with DCC and sound. The electronics include SoundTraxx’s Econami system (dual-mode operable for use on standard DC rails or Digital Command Control-equipped layouts). The replica includes a completely hidden drive mechanism mounted in a die-cast metal chassis with metal driver axle bearings.
Electrical pickup includes tender wheels and the third set of drivers comes equipped with rubber traction tires for enhanced pulling power. Separate details on the locomotive and tender include bell, whistle, pop valves, and handrails.
